HR (Recruiter) | HRBP Position in IT Industry
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs to support our international operations and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
*Cooperating with HR team in HQ-located in Russia (adopting Hr processes for the local team, discussing new projects and various HR-related activivies)
* Define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies and objectives.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
* Recruitment of the team (Sales, office, IT, production)/ Looking for the new talents of the market. Organise activities to boost HR brand on the local market
* Preparation of documents related to Hiring and other HR administration
* Design and execute a review process that includes 360° feedback, formal evaluations, and growth-oriented discussions.
* Coaching and development of the team, traning, workshop organising
* Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team events, surveys,etc.
* Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
* Foster a positive and productive work culture that aligns with company values and goals

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
