Client Approach

Shortlisting
We have a large number of database for sourcing and promoting job openings using both offline and online in order to find right candidate. To screen, sort out and shortlist applicants in accordance with pre-qualifying criteria laid down by your organization.
As per client needs we provide the best skilled & Non-skilled workers.

Document Verification
The process of verification and validation involves assessing various documents, including identity proof, educational credentials, address verification, government-issued identification, and photographs. These documents are meticulously reviewed alongside the original copies to ensure their authenticity.

Trade Testing
To arrange and conduct the candidates Trade Tests / Interviews for certain categories as may be required. It is arranged as per client requirements, either through a video call or a table test.

Medical Examination
Advise selected candidates to done their medical from authorized medical centers and submit original reports.

06.
Mobilization
After arranged visa & tickets of the candidates, we make the record of each candidates and give them orientation to manpower before departure about the customs and traditions and laws of the respective countries.
Before the candidate departure we coordinate about availability of tickets and share with clients for approval. Our team also coordinates the workers arrival at their destination and sites and their onsite reporting.
