Senior Planning Engineer

Reports To: Project Manager/Director

Experience Required: 7 – 10 years

Qualification Required: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in the execution department for residential projects, with involvement from piling to finishing stages.
• Experience in the planning section of construction/residential projects.
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Relevant experience in planning using Primavera application.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Prepare project planning, scheduling, and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on execution activities and with various departments to ensure timely resource availability.
• Work with the purchase team to ensure efficient material planning.
• Collaborate with the design team for drawing coordination and providing required inputs.
• Monitor and report regularly on Budget vs. Actual costs for the project.
• Analyze project plan and critical path to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist in mobilizing resources when needed.
• Prepare and distribute daily MIS reports as required.
