Senior Sales Manager
Senior Sales Manager for Industrial Telecom, Fire & Security, and BMS.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities for the role:
- Find sales opportunities for Solution projects in Greenfield and Brownfield projects in India and MENA region. Drive the opportunities to the orders.
- Have a good knowledge of the local market and sales expertise in the key areas: PAGA, Fire Alarm system, Wireless Radio, EAPBX Telephony, CCTV & LAN, etc.
- Have a good understanding of Customer needs in the key industries: O&G, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Transport & Infrastructure.
- Work with EPC, End-Users and Partners: identify key influencers and decision makers, build strong relationships with them through multiple entry points. Negotiate with them to take the orders.
- Build a project pipeline with existing projects and expand it with new opportunities. Having your own project pipeline and good relationships with Accounts in the region will be an advantage.
- Internal work in accordance with the sales process: managing projects pipeline in CRM for forecasting and production planning. Work with Presales & Bid Management teams to ensure timely submission of RFQs.
Experience:
- You should have a proven track record of successfully selling projects starting from USD 1 million.
- Candidate should have 5+ years of experience working on SI, EPC or Vendor as Senior Sales on complex projects with a focus on Industrial Telecom, BMS, Fire & Security Systems.
- It is also essential that you are familiar with Consultants, EPC’s/PMC’s and the Key Accounts in the region. Ideally you will already have developed contacts and relationships with Accounts in the region.
